The “Ansell Cares EMEA #HappyHospitals fundraising campaign” Contest (“Promotion”) begins at 12:01 AM CET on 14 December, 2015 and ends at 11:59 PM CET on 12 January, 2016 (the “Promotion Period”). Within the Promotion Period, there will be a voting period that begins on 14 December, 2015, and ends on 12 January, 2016 (“Voting Period”). The Promotion is sponsored by Ansell Healthcare EMEA, Riverside Business Park Block J, Boulevard International 55, B-1070 Brussels, Belgium (“Sponsor”). The laws of Belgium apply. Void where prohibited.
The Promotion is open to all legal residents in a European country who are at least 18 years old who have internet access as of the beginning of the Promotion Period (Entrants). Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, related parties and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Promotion.

Enter the Promotion by visiting happyhospitals.ansell.eu, filling out the online entry form with your name and contact information, provide the name of your Hospital and upload your photo (Submission).
All Photo Submissions must meet the following guidelines:
Entrants whose Submissions violate any of these requirements may be deemed ineligible and their submission may be void at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion which entries have satisfied the entry requirements, and to edit submissions or remove them at its sole discretion. Entries must be submitted in accordance with these Official Rules and must be received by Sponsor by 23:59 PM CET 12 January, 2016. No other method of submission will be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to extend the deadline at Sponsor’s discretion.
Limit five (5) entries per person. Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address used during the entry process. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provided, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address used.
Submissions may be entered using the website happyhospitals.ansell.eu will result in Ansell Healthcare donating 2 euros to Operation Smile (up to a maximum of 3000 euros). All donations will be made by the Sponsor to Operation Smile at the end of the Promotion Period. Sponsor will communicate tally of donations on a regular basis throughout the Promotion Period.
No purchase or product endorsement is necessary in the scope of this contest.
Submissions may be entered using social media using the hashtag #HappyHospitals, and will result in Ansell Healthcare donating 1 euro to Operation Smile (up to a maximum of 3000 euros).
In addition to conforming to the guidelines for Photo Submissions (described above), all photo submissions made via social media, in order to trigger the charitable donation, must fulfil the following additional conditions:
Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete submissions, inaccessible web sites, etc. and will tally the social media posts on a best-effort basis. Searches will be run weekly on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+, Instagram, flickr and Pinterest. Sponsor cannot guarantee that other websites will be searched. Sponsor will communicate tally of donations on a regular basis throughout the Promotion Period.
Photo submissions made via social media are not eligible for the prize available to the first 250 entrants (i.e. a copy of the The Mindfullness Colouring Book). Photo submissions made via social media are not eligible as votes from other Entrants or the general public and may therefore not be considered for the winning photo Submission.

After successful submission on the website happyhospitals.ansell.eu, and Sponsor review, Entrant will receive a confirmation email indicating that 2 euros have been donated by Ansell Healthcare to Operation Smile (up to a maximum of 3000 euros). Eligible submissions where consent is received in the stated timeframe will then be displayed on the Contest web page as voting-eligible submissions during the Voting Period. During the Voting Period, individuals can vote on the happyhospitals.ansell.eu webpage. Limit one (1) vote per person per 24 hours.
Votes received from any social media account or person in excess of the stated limitations during the Voting Period will be void, as will any votes received in violation of the posted voting terms. Entrants and Nominees are prohibited from obtaining votes by any fraudulent or inappropriate means as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, including, without limitation, offering prizes or other inducements to any person, or directly or indirectly using automated or improper means to submit votes or create accounts. Submissions may be disqualified if they are found to have benefited from votes submitted in violation of these Official Rules or the posted voting terms. Sponsor reserves the right to validate all votes received through any means determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right not to select award recipients, if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Submissions during the Promotion Period. Use of script, macro or any automated system to vote or with the intent to impair the integrity of the voting process is prohibited and all such votes will be void.
After the close of the Voting Period, all votes and shares on the website happyhospitals.ansell.eu will be tallied by Sponsor. The submission that first receives the highest number of votes (with a minimum of 500) will be declared the winning photo. In the event of a tie for the first submission, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing from all tied vote-getters in order to determine the winner.
Winners will be notified on or about 13 January 2016. Winners will be announced on the happyhospitals.ansell.eu website on or about 15 January 2016. Winners will receive a notification package by e-mail within 1 days after the date of selection, which must be completed and returned to Sponsor as instructed.
The first 250 accepted Submissions to the website happyhospitals.ansell.eu are eligible to receive by courier service a copy of The Mindfulness Colouring Book. No substitution or transfer of prizes or donations, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, if advertised prizes become unavailable. Total ARV for all Entrant Prizes: €10.
Operation Smile will receive from the Sponsor 2 euros for each of the photo Submissions published on the website happyhospitals.ansell.eu, and 1 euro for each of the photo submissions shared with the hashtag #HappyHospitals, assuming the photos posted respect the Submission guidelines. Sponsor will tally social media photo posts with hashtag on best-effort, and will regularly publicise the running tally. Total donation by Sponsor is limited to 3000 euros.
Photo submissions receiving a minimum of 500 votes and/or shares on the website happyhospitals.ansell.eu are eligible to be designated “Best photo”, resulting in Sponsor donating an additional 500 euros to Operation Smile. If photos from more than one hospital obtain 500 or more votes and/or shares, then the winning photo will be that of the hospital which has obtained the highest total of shares and votes on the website.
Odds of winning depend on the number and quality of entries received, and the votes and shares received.
Winners may be required to complete an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, waiver of liability and, where lawful, publicity release, which must be returned to Sponsor within the listed timeframe. If the effort to send a notification package to a Winner is unsuccessful or if a Winner fails to execute and return any required document within the required time period an alternate Winner may be selected from remaining eligible participants through the process described above. If the prize is not claimed or is returned as undeliverable, then Winner’s right to the prize shall be forfeited and the prize award will be void and an alternate Winner may be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect, misdirected entries or prize claims. Sponsor is also not responsible for incomplete, interrupted, or scrambled transmissions, unavailable web sites, networks, servers, or systems, or other connection or transmission problems, technical malfunctions of the computer, software, web site, or any combination thereof, problems associated with any virus or other damage caused to any participant’s system or other problems of any kind, whether mechanical, electronic, or human. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend and/or cancel the Promotion or change any element hereof, with or without notice, at any time, due to printing, computer or network errors, or other mistakes in the production or operation of the Promotion. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, Entrants, and voters (“Participants”) agree to be bound by the Official Rules, and release Sponsor and its agents and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of their participation in the Promotion or with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize. Winners are responsible for any applicable tax on awarded prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Promotion, or change any element thereof, with or without notice, at any time and for any reason. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify in its sole discretion any person (or any related submission) tampering with the entry process, the voting process, or who violates these Official Rules in any way.
This Promotion is not authorized by or sponsored by Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Boxtree Publishers or Emma Farraron.
Submissions must be the original work of the Participant, may not have been previously published, and must not infringe upon the rights of any person or entity. By entering, the Participants warrant and represent that they consent to the submission and use of the Submission in the Promotion and to its use as otherwise set forth herein. In consideration of a submission being reviewed and evaluated for this Promotion, each Participant hereby grants to the Sponsor the non-exclusive, irrevocable, fully paid, universal license to use, edit, copy, sublicense, transmit, distribute, publicly perform, publish, delete or display such entry, or any portion thereof in any media now known or hereafter devised including, but not limited to all forms of electronic media, print media and all forms of internet and wireless protocol. Each Entrant understands that his or her hospital name, hospital country and submissions may be posted on Sponsor’s website in connection with Promotion. Each Entrant agrees that his or her photograph, place of employment (name of healthcare facility) and country of employment may be posted on Sponsor’s website in connection with Promotion. Participants agree that the Sponsor has no obligation to post any submitted material on its Sponsor’s website. Each Participant authorizes the Sponsor to utilize, for eternity and in any manner they see fit, the submission provided to Sponsor, and to make derivative works from such materials in connection with the Promotion (i.e., without limitation, to create promotional materials).
By participating in the Promotion, each Participant irrevocably grants Sponsor the right to use each such entrant’s Submission (photograph), healthcare facility name and healthcare facility country in any and all media for any purpose, including, without limitation, advertising and promotional purposes and each entrant hereby releases Sponsor from any liability with respect thereto, except where prohibited. By entering this Promotion, each Participant grants Sponsor the right to utilize entrant’s contact information provided to contact entrant for any reason related to the Promotion. Completion of the entry form constitutes assent to these written terms. Sponsor will be seeking separate consent from Winning Submission for posting of a press release or feature article about them.

The processing of personal data collected by Sponsor through the use of this Website is subject to Belgian Law (Belgian Personal Data Protection Act of 8 December 1992, as amended by the Law of 11 December 1998 transposing Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, or by any subsequent law).
This data protection policy is provided without prejudice to Sponsor’s rights and obligations to certain visitors who, under a contract, the law or another document of a contractual, regulatory or legal nature, have permission to carry out more extensive operations. In such cases, the arrangement most favourable to Sponsor shall apply.
In compliance with the Belgian Personal Data Protection Act, users have the right access, modify, correct and remove their personal data. Users also have the right to object, free of charge, to the processing of their personal data.
